    Prior our session you will receive an eating habits assessment questionnaire to help you prepare for the session.

  • The coaching session

    Our coaching sessions will be 1 h long and will be held online via WhatsApp.

  • What is mindful eating coaching?

    In mindful eating coaching sessions my clients work on issues such as emotional and stress overeating; disordered eating habits; body self - image challenges.

  • What mindful eating coaching is not?

    You will not receive dietary recommendations, neither meal plans. We will work on issues that stop you from eating and living as healthily and powerfully as you would like.
